Restore deleted user info

I have accidentally deleted the user,wish to restore the same user I have the previous day db backup,

I want to restore only the user level information like bug assigned to the particular user etc..import to the current running latest db.How do i achieve this?

Im running Redmine 1.4.5.stable version

Restoring the user table record withe the same id and every project_membership record tied to this user_id might be a start?
