Bitnami-redmine-2.3.0-0-windows-installer install, cannot add members ！

Bitnami-redmine-2.3.0-0-windows-installer install, cannot add members. In the configuration interface, the group can not add members, or new projects can not add members, click on "Add" icon on the page nothing happens. But click on "Add" icon error.log no corresponding error access.log there is no record.What is the reason?
