& to &

Whenever we post a URL that has an ampersand in it, it is encoded, so http://domain.com?test=1&test=2 becomes http://domain.com?test=1&test=2

This is confusing for our users, is there something we can do to stop this? We have the rich text editor disabled.

Where in the application is the '&' displayed as '&'?

It's in the actual comment or ticket description body. Both the text that displays and the actual link itself are both encoded.

Well I can't reproduce on latest version so it might have been fixed already, which Redmine version are you using?
