Redmine

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade an existing instance of redmine 1.2.1 to the latest version. I have gone through the upgrade article and it looks like it worked except for trying to access any issue area.

Here is my about of the 2.3.1 installation:

Environment:
  Redmine version                          2.3.1.stable
  Ruby version                             1.9.3 (i686-linux)
  Rails version                            3.2.13
  Environment                              production
  Database adapter                         MySQL
Redmine plugins:
  no plugin installed

When going to issues, here is the apache log output:

Where can I go from here? I'm not a ruby expert nor did I do the original 1.2.1 installation, so any help is appreciated.
