BitNami redmin2 service auto stop!

Helllo

I am a beginer with redmine ,i download bitnami to test redmine .the version is 2.3.0-0 ,
I found that the Thin_renmin2 and the Thin_redmine service auto stop ,I coudn't login to the redmine server .

The server link : http://localhosts is ok ,but the link http://localhost/redmine is not ok ?

Could you provide some help for me ?
