Email Configuration for Redmine version 2.1.4

I Have installed Redmine First time on my JustHost server and I am not so much familier with Ruby on Rails (RoR). The configuration for RoR , Ruby ,Redmine version is listed below
RAILS_ENV=production script/about
Environment:
Redmine version 2.1.4.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
Rails version 3.2.8
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed
Redmine Installed on my domain works fine but Email Configuration is not done yet refer so much different article on Google I did not get any positive response. I think there is any version problem that's why Email is not configuring to my Redmine .Apply Email Configuration is very important for me. Please help me in this , would be highly appriciated
