Home page modification

Hello everybody!! I am novice in redmine, hope you can help me. Also sorry for my English.
On redmine home page there is my welcome text (in Belarusian language). It`s needed to make a link pressing by which welcome text should change to another, in my case in English. The first and the second welcome text is specified previously. Its only needed to change it to another. How could I realize this feature? Maybe you can put me somewhere where I could read something like this? Thanks for help and your answers

If I were you, I'd just have written the text in both languages on the same welcome page...
