Error 500 when uploading file on redmine

Sometimes I have the following error when I upload file on redmine.

500 Internal Server Error

And the following log :

"/tmp/passenger-standalone.685/client_body_temp/0000000415" failed (2: No such file or directory)

I have to restart redmine to solve the issue.

Redmine is installed on MacOSX

Environment:
  Redmine version                          2.2.1.stable
  Ruby version                             1.9.3 (i386-darwin10.8.0)
  Rails version                            3.2.11
  Environment                              production
  Database adapter                         Mysql2
Redmine plugins:
  no plugin installed

Anyone has a Solution to solve this issue ?
It's really a big problem for me !!!
