HOWTO: Redmine + Nginx / Passenger + Postgresql + FreeBSD

Recently, I set up Redmine using this combination of software:
- FreeBSD 9.1
- NGINX 1.4 web server
- Passenger
- Postgresql 9.2

It is extremely easy to get this set up and installed via FreeBSD ports.
The performance is great.
Redmine is really fast and easy to use. Thank you, Redmine developers!
