Upgrading Redmine 1.3 to Redmine 2.3

Hello.

I would like to upgrade the Redmine to the latest version Bitnami Redmine 2.3.
Will there be any implications if I upgrade to 2.3 directly as my current version is version Bitnami Redmine 1.3?
My environment is CentOS with Postgresql.
