REST API : Operator seems not work on redmine 1.2.1

Hi,

I know it's an old version, but i try to get all issue open today.

So i try to use :
- issues.json?created_on=2013-09-24 : doesn't work, no result
- issues.json?updated_on=>=2013-09-24 : doesn't work, no result
- issues.json?updated_on=2013-09-24T12:12:47-04:00 : WORK, but it's not my request...

Can you help me ?

I success what i need by using a save query : issues.json?query_id=109

It works fine
