Reposman.rb No route to host - connect(2) :(

Hello,
I have the following message when I try to create automatically the repositories.
/opt/redmine/extra/svn/reposman.rb --redmine 192.168.10.10/redmine --scm Subversion --svn-dir /opt/subversion --owner www-data --url 192.168.10.10/subversion --key XXXxxxXXX --verbose
querying Redmine for projects...
Unable to connect to http://192.168.10.10/redmine/sys/: No route to host - connect(2)
The server is not connected to the Internet. The Redmine's path is correct and the subversion folder too.
If someone has an idea please ?
