A Problem while installing redmine on ubuntu 13.10

I walked throw this [[http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_on_Ubuntu_step_by_step]] 
to install redmine, i did every thing as it said to me, and at the last step i didn't know what to do, after
running this command 

$ firefox http://127.0.0.1/redmine

the page attached appeared but it told me:

In the upper right corner of the browser window you should see the "Sign in" link. Click that and enter "admin" 
at both the Login: and Password: prompts. Note: this is not the password you set during the installation process.
Click the Login button.

I recommend that the next thing you do is to click on My account in the upper right corner 
and change that password. In the page that is displayed there should be a Change password 
link in the upper right of the white area of the page. Click to change the password.

So what should i do to solve this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Mohamed,

I wonder if you managed to solve this. I went though the same proccess on Ubunu 13.10 and also got stuck at the "Index of" page.

Seems that ruby web server doesn't work.
Or you don't have ruby installed at all.
