Redmine

Hi all,

While i am installing redmine i am getting below error 
 please help me out tomo i need to give live.

While c:>bundle install
Fetching source from https://rubygems.org/
Could not find ruby gems repository https://rubygems.org/
Could not fins the gem rmagick '2.0.0'

but i already installed Rmagick

while c:>gem update bundler
Error:while executing gems... <GEm:RemoteFetcher:FetchError>
Error:: ETIMEDOUT : A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not proprly respond.

please guide me,.
