When i do svn commit automatically change issue status

Hello,
When i do svn commit automatically changed issues status with custom_values .I set up setting in administration page , it is working but with out set workflow permission setting when i do workflow permission (required) for the custom_field not able to change issue status any one can help me regarding the it is very urgent
