spesific edit permission for only assigneed issues

Hi,
I'm new redmine and i have a problem,
My manager wants
İf it's possible to give privelege edit issues for only assigned issues of members.
For example: (in Admisitration->Roles and Permissions, there will be a checkbox)
"Edit assigned issues"
I have short time. Please help me..
