After install/removal of Test plugin, Contacts plugin stopped working.

I have installed previously redmine_contacts-3_2_8-light and have had Contacts link at top and in projects working fine. After an install/uninstall of redcase (test plugin), the projects contacts link has stopped working, I get a:
Page not found
The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.
Is it possible to install contacts again, without destroying the db ?
