How do I unsubscribe from forum email notifications

How do I unsubscribe from email notifications sent from the forum at http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/boards

I tried to change my settings at http://www.redmine.org/my/account but that doesn't work. I receive email notifications from all new posts in the forum section

At the bottom of all email notifications it reads:
"You have received this notification because you have either subscribed to it, or are involved in it.
To change your notification preferences, please click here: http://www.redmine.org/my/account"

I am not subscribed to and I am not involved in any of those forum posts

Hello Francois,

Try to "Unwatch" the forums, for example go to: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/boards/2
And click "Unwatch" at the top right.
