Check All and Uncheck All links dead

I am running redmine v2.3.4-stable on CentOS v6.5, Ruby v1.9.3-p448, Rails v3.2.13 production mode.

This is a new installation. It has a couple of quircks that I am working out. One is the Check All and Uncheck All links are dead. This is on the Modules form and the Roles Permissions form. The log is set to DEBUG but shows no errors when these links are clicked. Does anyone have any ideas on a fix or even where in the files this functionality is defined? Thanks.

Hello Phil,

Check/Uncheck is done on the client side with JavaScript.
Check your browser console for JS errors (F12 to bring up the console on Chrome).
