Appears "Method not implemented" when upload file

Dears,
When I upload a file in redmine appears the message "Method not implemented" and the file is not uploaded. See attached file "redmine_method.jpg".

My server installation details:.
Environment:
Redmine version 2.3.1.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL ==
No Plugins installed
No error in production.log.

What could be wrong?

Hello Jean,
How do you serve Redmine? Passenger/Apache?
Are you using the Ubuntu/Debian package?

Hello Cheers,
The OS is Centos 5.4 (Final) and using with Apache.
