Modifying email notification header

Currently every email notification is sent with the following text:

Please DO NOT reply to this address. This message comes to you from the [redacted]. Since this is an automatic system, replies to this address will not receive a response.

How can it be modified? I have searched the code but cannot find the string to modify.

Hi Dennis,
Did you have a look into the notification settings? (Administration/Settings/Email Notifications)
