How to migrate from TFS2008 to Redmine on demand or other way?

My company now using the TFS 2008 as an issue tracking system and ALM.

I plan to change this to redmine system. However, I got a ploblem with the method of migration.
So I googling it for shooting the trouble. But I can't find the correct solution.

Is there any solution how to mirgate my data from TFS to Redmine?

Unfortunately none that I know of, but perhaps someone more familiar with the world of Microsoft can chime in here.
