Redmine

Hello everybody,

I have installed sucessfully installed redmine 2.4.6 and all the necessary add on : rails, ruby..., create the database...
I am running redmine on webdrick to make some tests.
I am using an internal IP address : 192.168.2.14 and using the default port 3000
When I open muy browser, I can access to 192.168.2.14:3000 without any problems, I can create a project, visit all the pages except one thing : it seems that all the css and images are missing as you can see in the attachment.
Is it a database problem how to solve this ?
