Special Characters Acceptance in Issue Description

I am using Redmine 2.5.1 stable version in linux. Its a very nice and comfortable project management tool.

Facing difficulty which creating issues with special characters in its description, like if I add any issue with characters like ',",&,-,/ etc, the issue is created successfully, but the issue is broken when clicked on issue id and says this issue doesn't exist.

Please help me in enabling special characters acceptance in description title etc.
