Attachment error when using chrome 30.0.1985.125

When I use Chrome to attach a file to a task, after selecting the file, after the file has been uploaded, but before I click send, a duplicate of the attached file appears, and 8 times the file being uploaded, but stopped, and 21 buttons for Send File, see attached images.
I tried to update my Chorme, but I already have the last version 30.0.1985.125
How can I resolve this?
