Redmine

We have two team in different place. The network traffic is low, A team use B team's redmine is hard, also B team use A team's redmine is hard too.

So We want synchronize the data of two redmine, an issue is created in A redmine, the issue is also show in B redmine, some one update issue in B redmine, the change is also show in A redmine.

What resource we need synchronize exclude database? Maybe include image file?

Has there any good solution?
