Problem with "Archives or Files" and "Wiki"

My problem is: First, in Wiki, I can't upload an image using CKEditor, see erro1.png for understand.
Second, in "Archives", when i upload an image, this not show for me. see erro2.png and erro3.png fro understand.
I'm using Redmine version 2.4.6 stable and Apache2.
HELP ME PLEASE.
Sorry, i'm Brazilian, I do not dominate the English perfectly.
