"Choose Files" button results in 31 new items being created on page

This happens when I press the button only once. Only the top two attachments will actually work.

On a side note, this happened when I uploaded this particular screen shot, so it's possibly my computer.

OS X 10.9.4
Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125

Any thoughts as to what might cause this and what I can do to stop it?

Hi Sean,

This issue is related to mentioned version of Chrome. You won't get this on any other Web Browser.
For the time being, you can use this patch. Please visit this link http://www.redmine.org/issues/17559
