Email issue notifications only if I'm not the author

So I've recently set up my redmine email settings, and I am getting emails every time I leave a note or make a comment. I do want emails when comments or notes are made by other people, but not when I make them. Is there a way to stop it from spamming me with emails about things I've done, and only send me an email when someone who isn't me makes a note/comment/issue?

Found it. Go to My Account at the top right in your home screen. Under the email notifications settings, click "I don't want to be notified of changes that I make myself"
