How to track same issue in multiple projects

Hi all, would like to check if there is feature or "workflow" to make it easier to track same issue in multiple projects.

Say I have five projects: A/B/C/D/E.
And I just found one issue X in project A, but should also apply to B/C/D/E.

I would like to spawn/clone the issue X on project A/B/C/D/E and also link those issue together, anyway to do this? Thanks for advise and suggestion in advance.
