I've tried searching for ideas and found one idea, which works. But I'd like to see if someone has a better idea.

Let me explain what we are using the information for so it might give you a 'spark'. The information will be used to record connection information for a project (FTP, cpanel, database access, etc). I want the information to be readily available but only for project managers.

The idea I've tried was to add an issue to the project and mark the issue as 'private'. I added my 'notes' to the description area of the issue.

This technically works, but the solution is not ideal for a few reasons.
1 - the notes show up in the issues list . . . and if this list gets larger it can be hard to 'find' this information quickly.
2 - I added a link to the issue to the project overview for faster access, but the link shows for everyone . . and they just get permission denied if they try to access it.

This is certainly a 'livable' solution but if there is a better idea I would love to hear it.

We are on version 2.5?
