Redmine advanced customization

Hello everybody,

I'm a new user (or at least tester for now) of Redmine and this is my first post in this forum.
Can anybody tell me how I can to customization that is not included in the control panel ?
Is there a guide somewhere ?

For instance, I'm trying to set up a simple helpdesk.
I already done most of the config, including custom fields, and Redmine could do the job but I still have some problems. Two of them :

Problem 1
I setup the anonymous role with only one allowed task : create issue
When the issue is created the anonymous user (like all users) is redirected to the view of all issues but, because he is not allowed to view them, Redmine ask his login.
I would prefer to send him back to the welcome page.

Problem 2
Can I get a different VIEW of the issues depending on the user role ?
- Anonymous see nothing (that is easy)
- Registered customer see only the issue number and description (or, even better, see only their issues)
- Technicians see all the fields of all the issues

If that kind of customization involves tricky changes in the code, I'm NOT interested ! BUT I could possibly pay someone to do the job... Anybody interested ?
