Disabling account creation when using LDAP authentication.

Added by joe hakim rahme over 9 years ago

Hello,

I configured Redmine to authenticate users against an LDAP directory (with "on-the-fly user creation" enabled) and it works great. However, users can still "Register" a new account directly from Redmine.

I'd like my LDAP directory to be the only authority on accounts. Is it possible to disable the "register" form and account creation in general?

Thank you in advance.

Hello Joe,

Go to:
Administration / Settings / Authentication tab

Change:
Self-registration to disabled.

Cheers,
