Hi all,
I need your support to resolve the error message as given in the subject above.
The connection between Redmine and Testlink is working fine. The given error message is displayed in two cases:
1: Adding a new defect using testlink and defect is successfully logged (defect # is generated) in Redmine.
2: Trying to link an already logged (existing) defect in Redmine.
In both the conditions given, the error message 'Bug ID does not exist on BTS!' is getting displayed.
Please let me know if any of you have come across the same and what needs to be done to resolve this.
