Custom fields and layout

Hello all,
I am developing some kind of new kind of issue, and using the "Custom fields" options. With this, I can customize as I want the topics, and this is good. However, I dont know how can I define the layout of the fields in the template. Lets say I want to move one field to the position where I have another one. How can I do it? it can allow me to customize this perfectly to my needs. Is there any kind of help / tutorial for this?

Admin->Custom Fields
Then simply move them up/down in the list. This changes their layout.
