Win2k3 Redmine Problem. Page not found

Need a help with Redmine 2.6.2. In IIS i run a website Redmine and get the following error: HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found. Internet Information Services (IIS).

Available Win Server 2003 SP2. Installed Redmine, Ruby, Rails.

Output script/about:
Environment:
Redmine version 2.6.2.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3-p551 (2014-11-13) [i386-mingw32]
Rails version 3.2.21
Environment production
Database adapter SQLServer
SCM:
Subversion 1.7.7
Mercurial 1.4.3
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installe

Database used ms sql 2008 r2. All necessary rights to the folder distributed.

Assume that the problem is related with IIS, because step#9 of the installation instructions has been successful. Installation instruction: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall

Which file is not found? Please check the IIS server log and report back.

dispatch.fcgi not found

Looked through the logs (from redmine directory and from website), but did not reveal anything useful

Logs in attachments, can you recommend anything ?

Verify the IIS config and check if you really renamed dispatch.fcgi.example to dispatch.fcgi.
Other than that, IIS isn't my piece of cake, may others chime in here...
