Pb upgrade Redmine 2.6.5 to Redmine 3 on Debian Wheezy

Hi,
I've a problem to launch my Redmine 3 after an upgrade from 2.6.5
I don't use plugin.

When I launch my unicorn, I've this error :

We solved this problem with a new install of redmine.
We 've just import the database.
