How can I change the layout of "default" fields in Redmine 2.3.2?

Hi everyone,

I can change the appearance sequence of custom fields by ordering them in the administration page. How can I change the layout or at least the appearance order of the default (I mean built-in) fields? Is there any plug in for this?
