Plugin to project cost management

Hey guys,

I need a plugin to calculate the cost of projects taking into account the time spent by user and fixed expenses. I found two plugins (Plugin Rate and Budget Plugin) that do exactly what I need. But at this point they are no longer updated or supported for Redmine 3.x

There Is any alternative to calculate the cost of a project for the Redmine 3.X?

I just updated those two plugin pages, I added links to more recent forks on Github: that suggest they may work for 3.x.

I have not used these plugins myself.
