Redmine upgrade 1.1.1 to 3.1

I have redmine v1.1.1 installed. I want to upgrade it to redmine v 3.1 with database.

So should I need to go version by version or I can update directly from 1.1.1 to 3.1.

Please can anyone help on this

Hi Keyur,

I just upgraded a 1.3.x trunk redmine instance to 3.1.0-stable directly, aside from a glitch stopping me from upgrading the db, due to a custom extra (non-redmine) mysql view, the upgrade has worked perfectly, just following the steps detailed in RedmineUpgrade.

So yes, you can/should be able to directly upgrade from 1.1.1 to 3.1 ;)
