How from the redmine - 2.2.3 upgrade to the redmine - 3.1.2 ?

Hi!
I have a question to ask.How from the redmine - 2.2.3 upgrade to the redmine - 3.1.2 ?
The redmine - 2.2.3 use database has 56 tables,the redmine - 3.1.2 use database has 52 tables.
And the structure of the table, table field type has changed.How to deal with?
System is windows 2008 r2
The database is mysql
