Redmine

Hi all,

I have downloaded the plugin Ezfaq and trying to install it by following the link below:
http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/PluginEzfaq

however, i am stuck at step 2:
2. Migrate plugin:
rake db:migrate_plugins

I am getting the following error:
C:\redmine-2.4.2-0>rake db:migrate_plugins
rake aborted!
No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb, Rakefile.rb)
