Redmine

When I edit an issue, I would like to select a date/time using a date picker for the "Notes" section. I am adding tickets for issues that were in progress before Redmine was installed and would like to include the activities that have already taken place along with their original dates. Is there a way to add a date picker to Notes section of the issue editor screen?
