Difference between system time and reporting time

Hello,
I'm new here and this is my first visit.
I apologize in advance for my English, because I had to make use of Google Translator to write.
The problem we have is as follows:
All time records system on a request are stored properly, but this changes when we have to export the data to exploit them using Excel.
- When creating a request, the system records the time of creation showing the time we have on our server and coincides with the PCs we use in office.
- When we export a list of requests to process the data with Excel, the date of creation always appears to us with 1 or 2 hours less than that indicates the system (depending on the time of summer or winter).
- This error can also see on the screen when you see the list, where you can see the time lag between the actual time of creation and the creation time reported.
- The time displayed is correct, but listings shown with the gap.
Always with hours that are inserted by the system. When the time is entered manually through custom fields, it does not receive any modification and thus screen and listings, the same value appears.
We have checked the Time Zone settings for all users, and it appears correctly configured in each.
The time zone also our server is configured correctly.
Our time zone is GMT + 1 Madrid.
