Redmine

Hi all,
I've created a father project with two children projects. Both the children projects can comment News, but cannot create.
Only Father can.

I'd like to have "News" visible for all the children projects: actually, If I create News as Father, only one of the children project can see it.

I don't figure out what to configure to have both the children seeing and commenting the News.
