How to allow two or more users use the same e-mail address?

Hi all,
I want to allow two or more users use the same e-mail address since some of them use the public e-mail,but redmine do not allow it by default.Is there any way to achieve this function?

You can try to comment out this line and line 32 and restart redmine after that.
But I don't know if this impact somehow redmine and I don't know if this even allow you to enter same email for several users.
