Update apt-get from 2.5.2 to 3.3.0

Hi,

I just realized that the last redmine package on debian 8 is quite old, it is a 2014 version !

I used the simple method to install redmine via Debian package. Is it a solution to migrate my 2.5.2 to 3.3.0 ?
