Error in issue with xml attach inside

Hello,
My redmine versions.
Environment:
Redmine version 2.5.1.stable
Ruby version 2.0.0-p481 (2014-05-08) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 3.2.17
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
SCM:
Subversion 1.7.18
Git 1.7.10.4
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
redmine_changeauthor 1.0.1
redmine_checklists 3.1.1
redmine_custom_css 0.1.4
redmine_last_updated_by_column 0.3.0
redmine_tags 0.1
reopen_issues_by_mail 0.1.1
sidebar_hide 0.0.7
The problem is an "issue" with 1 attachment, xml file, It show this error when I try to show it in firefox.

Is not a important "issue", I can delete it, but i can't find how to do it.

Finally we did this.
In mysql, execute something like:
delete from redmine.issues where id = issuenumber;
And if you have attachments, something like this
delete from redmine.attachments where container_id = issuenumber;
