In Redmine, our tester is not able to re-assign back a resolved ticket back to the Developer, if the developer has changed status of the Ticket to resolved .
Actually a work flow has to be like below. Correct ?
New -> Assigned -> Resolved -> Closed or -> Reopen if there is bug and Assigned it back
How can i setup this workflow in redmine. All help is appreciated

We have a workflow that goes thus:
New -> Assigned -> Resolved -> Closed or
-> Feedback
Whoever has the workflow permission to move the issue from resolved to closed also has Feedback
