Redmine

I tryed to update my Redmine installation from 2.3 to 3.3
Everything worked fine before i performed a server reboot... After this the following error message appears:

"You have requested: mime-types ~> 2.99 The bundle currently has mime-types locked at 3.1. Try running `bundle update mime-types` If you are updating multiple gems in your Gemfile at once, try passing them all to `bundle update` (Bundler::GemNotFound)"

bundle update, bundle install, bundle update mime-types are not working for me. With this version 3.1 will be installed. But i need 2.99?
Has anyone an idea?
